The driver is obliged to report at the office next to Main Gate at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of unloading / loading.
Vehicle should be stopped in the loading dock indicated by the ramp operator, the driver is obliged to turn off the engine and secure the truck with chocks and follow the operators instructions.
